JOHN ROBINSON, MD PHD
John sets the vision to create a value-chain to source, produce and market heart-healthy beef. His education as a MD and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics, specifically in heart failure research, positions him as a leading heart-health expert. As a NIH-funded researcher at a land-grant university, he is integrating research and the Midwest’s ranching knowledge to deliver a premium, healthy beef product to today's "green" consumer.
John shapes Nuagra’s production process to meet the human health, animal health and conservation objectives. John holds a B.A. in Biophysics from the Johns Hopkins University. He also received a M.D. and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. John is an avid cross-country runner and enjoys sailing.
Nuagra partnered with ranchers, farmers, and ecologists to produce and offer healthy, flavorful beef for today’s conscious consumer.
KYLE ROBINSON, MA
Kyle connects Nuagra’s products with today's health & eco-conscious consumer.
As Director of an advertising & creative services agency, Kyle’s marketing and sales experience helps bring unique, high-quality products to the marketplace. She leads a team that implements product branding, design, packaging, marketing, and sales. She is adept at researching consumer behavior and health-related products and services.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Master’s degree in Communication Studies. Kyle recently completed her first triathlon and also enjoys outdoor adventures, dancing, and water-skiing.

John and Kyle Robinson, founders of Nuagra, are on a mission to create and offer products through sustainable agriculture that promote healthier lifestyles.
While living in South Dakota, where agriculture is the #1 industry, the couple became interested in sustainable agriculture and its benefits to human and environmental health. With educational/professional backgrounds vested in science, medicine, health and marketing, John and Kyle approach the industry with the end-consumer’s best interest first. In fact, Nuagra was born as a way to raise consumer awareness and meet demand for food products made using sustainable agriculture.
